Before you book…

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION — ESPECIALLY MY REMINDER EMAILS — as they contain information crucial to the results we aim to achieve.

These affect your results and your deposit. No exceptions:

  • No caffeine for 24 hours before your appointment

  • No alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment

  • No vigorous exercise for 24 hours before your appointment - increased blood flow and sweat cause pigment loss and patchy healing

  • No blood-thinning medication (including aspirin) unless prescribed and cleared by your doctor

  • No retinol, chemical peels, or similar exfoliating facials on or near the treatment area for 2 weeks prior to your appointment.

If you arrive having not followed the above, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will not be refunded.

Cold sores
If you have ever had a cold sore, lip blush treatment carries a much higher risk of triggering an outbreak. Please contact Prospect Pharmacy ahead of your appointment. They will discuss your medical history and advise on antiviral medication if appropriate. Please don't leave this until the week of your appointment, as it needs to be arranged in advance.

Numbing cream (Lip Blush)
Numbing must be ordered from Prospect Pharmacy ($35, Eyebrow numbing optional, same pharmacy). Tell them you're booked in with Harmony and Hue and they'll know what to prepare. They need 48 hours notice — order early, not the day before.

Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, and not pregnant or breastfeeding.

Existing tattoo?
I don’t tattoo over other people’s work unless it’s 90% faded. If you have a faded existing brow tattoo, please send me a photo or book a consultation first.

Aftercare logistics
Your treatment area must stay dry for 5–10 days. Avoid booking right before a holiday, swim week, or event. Wash your hair the day before your appointment, since you won't be able to get the area wet afterwards.

Deposits
A booking deposit is required to secure your appointment and is credited toward your final treatment cost.
